Zion Cares Initiative for the Vulnerables (CAC RC 8666209) is a registered Nigerian non-profit, incorporated on 5 August 2025 and headquartered at L13/L15 Onyearugbulem, Aure-Owo Road, Akure, Ondo State.
The organisation is directed by a Board of Trustees (2–15 members, five-year terms), supported by an Executive Committee and the Annual General Meeting. The Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer act as bank signatories. Accounts are independently audited each year and filed with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
Per Article 13 of our constitution, the income and property of the organisation are applied solely to our objectives — no portion benefits any member.
